The museum is a tower assembled from a variety of boxes of diverse function, e.g. exhibition halls, offices, lobbies, staircases etc. At the top of the tower, at a hundred meters height, the main public space or “deck” is situated. Here one finds the universal hall, the main museum store, the restaurant, the café-bar, the library with an open amphitheatre, and installation areas. The “deck” is open for the citizens and can be used separately. The museum makes it easy to orient oneself and lightens the Moscow sky.
